Typography: 1 John 4:11

The statement “God is love” implies much more than that God demonstrates His love regardless of the circumstances. It means that love is the essence of God’s character. We will never be able to plumb the depths of His love—not even in eternity. But the apostle John pointed out that we can begin to understand it as we view the cross (1 John 4:9-10).

We are loved by God, and all around us are those who are precious to Him. May we express our love for Him in return by sharing His love with others.
