  • YMI Reading Jonah. A 7-day devotional on the book of Jonah.
  • YMI Reading Jonah. A 7-day devotional on the book of Jonah.
Overview

Would you carry out God’s calling if He’s asked you to do something that seems illogical–like pray for your enemies and shower them with gifts, or speak words of love and encouragement to someone who tears you down?

Most of us would mumble, “No thanks”, and pretend we didn’t hear from God.

This reaction isn’t new. About 2,000 years ago, Jonah tried to wriggle out of God’s calling to preach to the Ninevites—Israel’s enemy—about God’s love and mercy.

But God wouldn’t let Jonah slip away so easily.

Over seven days, plunge into the book of Jonah with us for as we dive into the rich and bottomless mercies of our God–who pursues us relentlessly even in the face of our disobedience and doubts.
