Those of us who have experienced deep love know how fulfilling it is. But rarely do we picture love under trying circumstances.

Here, David describes God’s love as better than life, all while in the wilderness—which is pretty much the opposite of life. Yet he says it confidently, because he has seen God’s power and splendour for himself (v.2).

When was the last time you’ve really experienced God in all His glory? Pray for this to happen!
