The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

Do you feel too ashamed to go to God because of a recurring sin, or a decision you made despite knowing that it doesn’t please Him? 

It’s not too late to ask for forgiveness and help. He is not a mean Father who’s waiting to say, I told you so. A broken spirit, a contrite heart, He will not despise (Psalm 51:17).
