Our light, momentary troubles are achieving an eternal glory (ref. 2 Corinthians 4:17)

Typography: 2 Corinthians 4:17

How lovely would it be if God offered a suffering-free plan for Christians. Yet, life here isn’t as God had intended, and if we aren’t pressed by hardships, we wouldn’t know a faith that’s truly placed in God Himself, and not in the things of this world.

The good news is, we aren’t in the pit forever. It’s painful when we’re in the thick of it, yet these troubles are only “light and momentary” because something greater and grander awaits. The glory of the next life outshines the fiery niggles of this present world, and that’s cause to rejoice.
