Teach me to do Your will, for you are my God, may Your spirit lead me on level ground (Psalm 143:10).

Typography: Psalm 143:10

It sounds nice to pray “Your will be done”, but perhaps we don’t feel brave enough to do God’s will because it’s hard!

Yet King David, who encountered troubles of all sorts, still said that he’d rather live by God’s will, because he knew that God looks after those who obey Him. When we feel like we don’t have the courage to do what God calls us to do, we can remember King David’s example, and be assured that we have His spirit to guide us.
