We are often in the business of “reinventing” ourselves, whether it’s by picking up a new skill, starting new habits, or seeking out new interests. We think that doing this will make us new and better.

However, true renewal is not something we can’t do on our own.

Fortunately, God is in the business of “reinventing” us, and it’s a transformation from within. He offers to exchange our “heart of stone” with a “heart of flesh”, one that’s tender, alive, and beats for Him.
