According to the Psalmist, it’s about planting ourselves by God’s refreshing streams of living water, finding delight in His Word, and joy in living according to His ways.

As we do so, He nourishes us with His love, wisdom, and gentle ways—strengthening us from the inside out so that we’ll be able to stand firm even when life throws us curveballs, and produce fruits and leaves that testify to God’s goodness.

So let your roots sink down low.
