Be each other's burden bearers

Typography: Galatians 6:2

Shouldering other peoples worries and concerns can be, well, a burden, and sometimes we don’t feel like being a part of whatever turmoil our friends might be going through.

But a problem shared is a problem halved, and Scripture exhorts us to “carry each other’s burdens”. This doesn’t mean we are responsible in fixing or solving our friends’ problems, we’re not their Saviour.

Instead, it’s about offering a listening ear, lending help where and when it’s practical, pray for them. If need be, we can also point them towards other channels that might be better suited in meeting their needs.
