Whenever we buy something expensive—a new gadget, a piece of jewellery—it’s natural that we’d be extra careful. We want to make sure we don’t lose or damage it.

We were bought at a great price. How then do we treat our bodies to reflect the heavy price that Jesus paid? Do we take good care of it and keep it pure?

Lord, when the world tells us to do whatever we please with our bodies, help us to remember the heavy price You’ve paid, that we would treat our bodies in a way that honours Your sacrifice. Amen.
