When we’re feeling discouraged, there’s nothing like the comforting presence and words of someone who has been through the same thing before, to lift us up.

So as you go about your routine this week, try something different—every time you find yourself on your phone, ask the Lord to open your eyes to see the needs around you. Is there someone who could use a word of encouragement? Someone who needs a listening ear? Is there anyone you can instil God’s hope in?

Slow down, and let the Lord minister to them through your words, hands, and feet.
