Typography: Ephesians 4:24
No matter how long we’ve been Christians, sometimes it feels more convenient and comfortable to slip into the old rags of our past life and habits. But the more we choose to put off our old self, and put on our new self, we will start growing into our identity as sons and daughters of the Most High, people created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
Then we’ll also find that our minds are being renewed day by day, and we’ll be able to think, act, and live in a way that displays God’s goodness and wisdom to all around us.
PRAY:
Father, help me desire to be like You, and to live with Your righteousness and holiness. Remind me each time I’m tempted to turn back to my old ways to receive with thankfulness the better way of life that’s already been given to me.
