we hate to wait because we want to take over. we naturally want to control everything according to the way we want.

In our tech savvy world, we want things to happen in an instant, we want things fast and Now and that’s the same we expect of our God. We’ve run all out of patience haven’t we?

Gail makes a good point, look up “Grandma’s House Syndrome”. I’m currently waiting for an important answer from God, and its easy for it to turn into a feeling of anger or disappointment. But we have to look at it from God’s point of view. Everything is in his perfect time. He doesn’t give us what we can’t handle. If we’re not ready for it yet, its not time to pout and brood about, its time for us to prepare for God’s future plans!
